Le bloc 2015: Extraordinary fashion show
Show opening with hip-hop moves
Right from the beginning of the first le bloc fashion show, it is clear to the fashion-loving audience: this fashion show will be extraordinary. Two models enter the catwalk, their outfits are elastic & modern, in the dancer style of Chang13. The music gets louder and the models wow the audience with dance-inspired choreography. Designer Chang of #HOUSEOFCHANG places special emphasis on the versatility and comfort of his fashions. The dance elements run through the entire collection. Belgian guest designer Doriane van Overeem shines with her sustainable fashion collection through floral, colorful designs. Her colleague guest designer Marius Janusauskas lights up the catwalk with elegant gowns and shiny silk trouser suits. He has already dressed celebrities such as ESC winner Conchita Wurst. The fashion of the 15 designers will be presented by cast New Faces. Among them are also some of our CM Models. The fashion of young designer Katrin Gemünd exudes a special fascination on the excited audience. The models float across the catwalk in long dark capes and pose in Gothic-like make-up to heavy sounds. A mystical mood is in the air: high fashion with a dark aura. The models walk slowly, with proud steps over the catwalk, haunting glances meet the audience.
Music & dance plays a big role at le bloc 2015
The second fashion show starts with the fashion of GyBell – a successful mix of sporty and chic elements. The vision: comfortable clothing that can be worn both during sports and at a party. The first model prances down the catwalk in pointe shoes and does her pirouettes. The start of a complete series of dancing fashion presentations. A convincing show and an enthusiastic audience. Taha & König’s collection makes its mark on the second fashion show with a particularly crazy collection. From tartan kilt to dressing gown to pyjama fashion: the audience is surprised anew with every walk. Two of our New Faces at CM Models particularly thrill the audience: Simon casually balances a baguette on his shoulder in a dressing gown, Christoph boldly poses in trousers that only just cover his backside. Spandex and net-like fabrics characterise the entire collection. Varied creativity: a real gentleman’s style including a noble walking stick and a black top hat makes the audience cheer. The model skilfully stages the cane in an elegant dance choreography. Loud clapping fills the car park, the guests’ interest in Cologne’s fashion boutiques is aroused. A successful conclusion to an extraordinary fashion show.
