After the catwalk - Radio Interview with our Model Booker

This morning we were live on air once again on DRadio Wissen. CM model agent Stephan Czaja was a guest discussing the question: What do models do after their career? Do they stay in the industry as a model? Do they look for a job? Or do they go study? Just like with footballers and athletes, a model’s career starts at a young age. That’s why models have to decide early on which path to take. Depending on the decision one makes, it shapes one’s own future.

Many faces are familiar to us from ad campaigns, and then suddenly they’re no longer seen. That’s not always because the career isn’t going well. Many have worked as models for years, started early, and have seen a lot. Then, coming to rest and taking on a relatively normal job is, for many, a real alternative to forever being a “shop window mannequin.” Others intend to further their education and study. Then they still decide to go for a degree after all. Whether it’s a job or studying, it takes a lot of time if, after a modeling career, one wants to become, among other things, a doctor.
