Our tasks as a Model agency for clients and brands:
After the first e-mail, the first contact, our Model Booker check all important criteria. These include, for example, the model’s look, the tasks on site, availability on the production day, travel planning. You will receive from us a personal selection of models with photo material, video material and polaroids (natural photos in daylight).
Fashion show, photo shootings for E-Commerce, Social Media, Fashion show, Advertising campaigns – all you need! As soon as we receive your booking request, we will select a personal selection of models for you and send you the Sedcard selection. Your advantage: Focus on your tasks, thanks to professional models on site with presence, objectives and smooth implementation within the schedule.

What does our CM Models Management do for you?
We build our models (New Faces) step by step. Often starting with 15 years old, 16 years old, during school and later also as models abroad, at 18, 19 years old, on the big Fashion Weeks. In cooperation with international partners and model agencies in Milan, Paris, London, Tokyo, New York and many other metropolises. Step by step. So that your modeling career is well planned and you have the greatest possible success.
We are naturally also present in the nearby major cities such as Hanover or Cologne. Especially there, there are many castings and jobs.

Personal model selection & consultation
Our work begins long before the booking. Throughout the year, we review thousands of model applications. In addition, we proactively scout for talents who wouldn’t have expected to have the right qualifications. Then follow the first appointments, the casting at the agency, the first photo shoots for the portfolio and experiences – all in preparation for your bookings!
As soon as we receive your booking request, we select your personal choice of models with the matching qualifications to your ideas. Depending on the client, with completely different focuses: The look, the size, the clothing size, available dates, location in Europe, America or Asia. After that comes the travel management, depending on the job, everything from behind the scenes – so you can fully concentrate on your project.
How do you book a model?
For the model booking, ideally you already have 1) clear ideas about the model (look, age, etc.) and 2) all important booking details (date, location, usage, etc.). This allows us to send you the fastest possible Sedcard selection for your project!

What does a model management do?
We build our models (New Faces) step by step. Often starting at 15, 16 years old, during school time and later also abroad. At 18, 19 years old, it then goes on to the big Fashion Weeks. In cooperation with international partners and model agencies in Milan, Paris, London, Tokyo, New York and many other metropolises.
We start with tips, communicate with your parents, give small coachings and trainings, everything for you. We organize the first photo shoots with good photographers, send you your first castings and jobs. Step by step. So that your modeling career is well planned and you have the greatest possible success for yourself.
Especially in big cities like Hanover or Cologne there are many castings and jobs, which strongly increases your chances.

Here’s a small overview.
Prerequisite – The right measurements, the optimal weight, the perfect look, all of that doesn’t exist. Every brand has its own target audience. Parisian fashion brands tend to go for slim models, in Germany more and more curvy models are being booked, and generally speaking: diversity. No matter what your look is, your first model application is easy to make and costs nothing. If you want to become a model, try it and apply!

Application and Photos
Application – Polaroids (photos) and the first Gosee (casting) in our model agency are the two central steps. Polaroids are simple, very natural photos of you in daylight. No make-up, no styling, just you, completely natural. Best of all, a portrait and a full-body photo. Plus a few contact details and measurements, done! This is the fastest way to a modeling contract.
