With our model coaching we have created something unique that is not available in any other German agency. An extremely intensive day, consisting of the agency skills, personality and expression, take space for themselves, effect on others but also the classic catwalk and catwalk training. Such a training day is extremely profitable, because not only do you learn a lot in a short time that you can later implement in your job as a model, you also meet other models right at the beginning of your career, who have the same questions and face the same challenges. But no problem, because our coaches Lutz Marquardt (Personality), Pravit Anantapongse (Catwalk) and Oliver Rudolph (Agency) ensure self-confidence and self-assurance for the young models.

Personality coaching: body language and spaces

In the training around personality and character, it is our couch Lutz Marquardt, especially to work out the personal strengths of each model. Each person has their own character and brings their own requirements, while one is already absolutely confident in walking, another model is not yet experienced in walking with high heels. On the other hand, one model already develops an emotional charisma that can depict extremely many facets, the other model not yet.

Everyone is individual

Especially as a model it is important to be able to slip into many roles. Whether it’s a showroom later, where you have to pass in front of a few customers and the fashion designer or the demanding family shoot, where it only depends on a photo and you play the same scene the whole day, over and over again, until the scene sits and is approved by the customer. On every single booking day, it’s always “just” you! The conception and planning of the campaign, respectively the photo shoot, was done weeks before by the agency. All participants of the shooting have been booked and informed, from photographer to stylist to make up artist, PR agency and videographer. Now it’s up to you. In order for you to be able to exist confidently on your first job, Lutz Marquardt shows techniques and possibilities of how you perceive yourself, how you are perceived by others and how you can influence and control this perception.

Catwalk Training: Catwalk Monster

Pravit Anantapongse is not only an excellent coach, with his agency he organizes the big shows in Germany. Today we could win Pravit Anantapongse for the first time as a catwalk coach for our models! While we are on the subject of winning, Parvit was an absolute winner for us! We walked the catwalk for two hours with fun and energy. From the very first steps, the first turn in front of the press to rehearsed choreography in simple form. Our models could really prove what they have up their sleeves and we as model agency, agents and scouts could take a close look at which talent is slumbering in which young model!
