Modeling in South Korea: Mathis shoots for Adidas x MUSINSA in Seoul

South Korea – New job, new energy – our model Mathis was in front of the camera for an exclusive streetwear shoot with Adidas Originals and the Korean fashion retailer MUSINSA in Seoul. Between urban minimalism and global sportswear style, a strong new series has been created. A highlight – not only for Mathis, but also for all those who dream of modeling in Asia.

Next Stop: Seoul – Shooting for Adidas in South Korea

Mathis traveled directly to Seoul, South Korea’s vibrant capital, for this international job. The production took place in the studio – clean, white, reduced. The focus was entirely on the model, the outfit and the expression. The photos were taken for MUSINSA’s own e-commerce platform, which sells streetwear and high-end pieces throughout South Korea.

Mathis in front of the camera – cool, confident, clear

The focus of the new campaign: the classic Adidas Trefoil shirt, combined with urban shorts in a retro design. Mathis brings exactly the mix that Adidas wants: sporty, edgy, authentic. The images show power and coolness – with a twist of model attitude and clear lines. The look is typical of the South Korean streetwear market, which is setting more and more trends internationally.

Modeling in Korea – An exciting start

South Korea is an interesting market for young models. The productions are high quality, the clients are professional and life as a model in the country is surprisingly well organized. The important thing is that you need character, patience and an agency that prepares you. It wasn’t Mathis’ first trip to Asia – but it was definitely one of the most exciting.
