After receiving the first email and making initial contact, our model bookers check all the important criteria. This includes the model’s appearance, requirements on location, availability on the day of production and travel arrangements. You will receive a personal selection of models from us, including photo material, video material and Polaroids (natural photos in daylight).
Photo shoots for e-commerce, social media, fashion shows, advertising campaigns – all you need! After receiving your booking request, we will choose a personal selection of models for you and send you the sedcard selection. Your advantage: Concentrate on your tasks, thanks to professional, charismatic models on location, who will implement your goals in a focused and smooth manner according to the schedule.

For the model booking it is ideal if you already 1) have exact ideas regarding the model (appearance, age etc.) and 2) provide all important booking data (date, location, use etc.). This is the quickest way for us to send you a sedcard selection for your project!

Model description – Different jobs require different factors. These include height for the catwalk, skin for beauty jobs, the right age for the campaign’s target group, hair color and much more. Please always mention a few key points so that we know your expectations.
Information about the model casting / job – Ideally, this information should include the production date, location, start and end time, type of job (fitting, fashion show, photo shoot, commercial, etc.) and the subsequent use and utilization of the production (media, time and territory).

What does model management do?
We build up our models (New Faces) step by step. Often at the age of 15 or 16, during their school years and later abroad. At the age of 18 or 19, they then go to the big fashion weeks. In cooperation with international partners and model agencies in Milan, Paris, London, Tokyo, New York and many other major cities.
We start with tips, communicate with your parents, give short coaching and training sessions, all for you. We organize the first photo shoots with good photographers, send you your first castings and jobs. Everything step by step. Requirements for modeling
Here is a brief overview.
Requirement – The right dimensions, the optimum weight, the perfect look – there is no such thing. Every brand has its own target group. Parisian fashion brands tend to focus on thin models, in Germany more and more curvy models are being booked and the general rule is: diversity. No matter what your look is like, your first model application is quick and costs nothing. If you want to become a model, give it a try and apply!

Application and photos
Application – Polaroids (photos) and the first casting in our model agency, these are the 2 central steps. Polaroids are simple, completely natural photos of you in daylight. No make-up, no styling, just you, completely natural. Preferably a portrait and a full-body photo. Add a few contact details and measurements and you’re done! That’s the quickest way to a modeling contract.

Model agency: Introduction and job interview
After an online application with pictures and measurements, the model agency will invite you to an interview to get a first impression. It is easier to appear completely clean and without much make-up, as the manager can assess you better this way. Once your measurements have been taken and the chemistry between the agency and the applicant is right, the first test shoots are scheduled. Your entry into the fashion world has begun.
The first castings and jobs
Becoming a model – Now it’s all about your model portfolio (photos) and your personal development, with your first shoots with good photographers and your first small job. Are you still at school? Then school has absolute priority! Modeling really gets going after you leave school.
International – With our model management you can not only work here in Germany, but also with our local partner agencies throughout Europe(Paris, Milan and London), as well as internationally in cities such as New York, Shanghai or Tokyo.

The internet is an incredibly large portal for models. Social media, especially Instagram, is a platform for individuals, brands and designers to showcase everything. As a model, it is also an advantage to have a good presence, as this increases the likelihood of being seen online and the agency can link you to your profile. Of course, you have to make sure that everything is kept very clean or matches your model style.

Munich is much more than just the place where the world’s biggest folk festival, the Oktoberfest, takes place once a year. Rather, Munich is a city with a vibrant nightlife that begins at nightfall in a cocktail bar and ends later in the evening in one of the many clubs.
But there is another side to life as a model in the Bavarian capital besides visits to the model agency and castings. With the Isar river running directly through the city and the English Garden, Munich also likes to show off its green side. Fashion icon from Munich: Fashion designer Rudolph Moshammer
Rudolph Hans Albert Moshammer was born in Munich on September 27, 1940. He was a German fashion designer, author and the owner of a boutique in Munich’s Maximilianstrasse. Moshammer became known throughout Germany in the 1980s thanks to his unusual public appearance. He almost always appeared with his Yorkshire terrier Daisy.
After attending elementary school on Herrnstrasse and training as a retail salesman, Moshammer began selling fashion in the 1960s. His boutique “Carnaval de Venise”, founded in 1968, was very successful. He quickly made a name for himself on the fashion scene with his store. We have even more famous personalities for you!

For us as model managers, however, there was much more to discover in Munich: The young guard also presents itself regularly, as the Bavarian capital is home to the renowned German Master School for Fashion Munich – what a highlight for our model scouts.
Munich’s nightlife is very chic and dazzling, and visitors from abroad will quickly forget the Dirndl clichés. Anyone traveling to Munich should dress appropriately for elegant, fashionable events, but also for something more practical, such as the Radl&Fashion Show or the FASH. The people of Munich know how to do this and rarely make a fashion faux pas when reaching into their wardrobe.
