Dolce & Gabbana: brand & collections

The company Dolce & Gabbana was founded by designers Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana in 1985. The two colleagues met for the first time in the Italian fashion house Gabbana in Milan, when Domenico Dolce applied for a job there. Stefano Gabbana immediately recognized Dolce’s talent and the two began working together. They presented their first fashion collection in 1985 and opened the doors of the first store just a year later.

Jerseys, underwear & swimwear by Dolce & Gabbana

Over the years, the designer duo began to create their own line of jerseys, as well as underwear and swimwear, in addition to their classic fashion line in the high-priced range. The luxury fashion house eventually expanded to the US, Japan and various other countries, where Dolce & Gabbana established their own showroom in 1990.
