What does the model fee depend on?
A distinction is made between beginners, professional models and top models. Beginners are also called new faces. They have no experience and no photo material, which means that the agency still has to build up the model completely. This is done through test shoots, building up a sedcard, etc. Such costs are usually charged to the model after bookings. The more experience and bookings a model has, the higher the fee. The buyouts of a job also play a major role. More buyouts mean more pay.
