Contents of the model file
An agency’s model file or model board usually includes photos, personal data (such as age, height, measurements), contact details and details of previous assignments and experience. The card index helps the agency to quickly find suitable models for various assignments and introduce them to clients. It is important for the models that their card index entries are up-to-date and professional, as potential clients often use this information to decide who they want to book. The card index is therefore a central tool for the work of a model agency.
